HoD: Mr C Moverley

The tourism industry needs skilled people with a passion to provide great services and experiences to visitors from all over the world. With New Zealand’s current tourism boom our tourism industry has become the largest export industry in terms of foreign exchange earnings, directly employing 7.5% of the New Zealand workforce.

Our tourism programmes focus on providing the essential knowledge, team work, customer service and communication skills for those wishing to enter this exciting industry for a variety of roles. These roles cover a wide range of tourism industry organisations such as visitor attractions and activities as well as airport and airline services.
